Archaeologists found the debris of the ship standing near Nosi Boraha Island in Madagascar after 16 years of investigation. More than three thousand artifacts were also taken out in its debris. These include religious idols, gold coins, pearls and treasures filled with treasures. Along with this, an ivory bandage has also been found, on which ‘INRI’ is written in gold letters. Researchers say that today the price of this goods can be 108 million pounds, which can be around Rs 11.74 billion in Indian currency.

When this ship was attacked, it was returning to Portugal after filling the treasure from Goa. At that time, Goa was the colonial state of Portugal and after the British left, the Portuguese returned from here. When Nosa Seenhora Do Kbo Ship was attacked, Portugal used to control major maritime trade routes between India and Europe. Through these routes, spices, precious stones, besides the ship used to take slaves, which were forced to work throughout the ports and mines.
