Ravi Shastri Got Angry on Gautam Gambhir: The second match of the five -match Test series between India and England is being played in Edgbaston from Wednesday. In this match, Team India has given rest to Jaspreet Bumrah. After which former Indian player Ravi Shastri, head coach Gautam Gambhir and captain Shubman Gill looked unhappy. Shastri expressed his displeasure and said that he is not convinced that Bumrah was not fed in the second Test.
To manage Bumrah’s workload, the Indian team has decided to let him rest in the second match. Gill told that the team management feels that Bumrah will be able to play in Lord’s. In the second Test, Team India has included Akash Deep in Playing-11 instead of Bumrah.

Shastri was surprised by the Indian team’s decision not to feed Bumrah in the second Test. He said, “This is a very important match, he has got rest for a week. I am surprised that Bumrah is not playing this match. It should be removed from the player’s hand. The captain and the coaching staff should decide who should play in the playing 11. It is an important match from the perspective of the series, he should have played more than anything.”
Shastri further said, “Lords can come later. This is an important match, where you have to do almost direct counter-attack. Play it, make it 1-1 and then option it, you want to rest in Lord’s, rest in Lord’s.
