Rinku is getting the post of District Basic Education Officer. The BSS, Group-A gazetted post in the UP government. Officers of Group A get government accommodation. But if the house is not found then the house rent allowance is given.
The basic salary of BSA starts from Rs 56,100 a month, which increases according to experience and increase in salary every year. Basic salary can increase to 1,77,500. Along with basic salary, dearness allowance, house rent allowance, travel allowance and other small allowances are also available. According to this, BSA gets a salary of about 70 to 90 thousand rupees every month.

Rinku is being given this honor for illuminating the name of the country at the international level.
