The issue of incident of encircling the car of Foreign Minister S Jaishankar in London by Khalistani supporters also arose in the British Parliament. British Conservative Party leader Bob Blackman, who has been representing the Harrow East constituency since 2010, has given this case in Parliament
,
He said in his speech in the British House – India’s Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar was attacked yesterday when he was leaving public places addressing the Indian audience in this country. He was attacked by a Khalistani. It is against the Geneva Convention and it seems that the security forces fail to make them feel safe.
This is an insult to democracy. This is an insult to our friends and colleagues in India. We should make sure that this does not happen again. Therefore, the leaders will also ensure this. The Home Secretary or the concerned minister should give a statement in this House what security measures we are going to take to protect foreign visitors coming to our country.

Khalistani supporters coming in front of External Affairs Minister Dr. Jaishankar’s car and insulting the tricolor.
Told the incident sad
The Speaker of the House replied that it was very sad to hear the Indian Parliament about a serious attack on the visitor of this country. This is unacceptable and we do not want visitors to be treated like this. Will ensure complete reaction from the Home Secretary about it.
Indians were addressed in Chautham House
Jaishankar is on a UK tour till 9 March. He arrived at the Chautham House on the previous day, where he had related to Indians. Khalistani supporters were present there before they reached there. On the other side of the road, Khalistani was demonstrating with flags. Despite this, the security cordon was not increased while coming out of Jaishankar.
In the end, the incident happened that a Khalistani, separated from the crowd and a security barricade, stopped the path of Dr. S. Jaishankar’s car and did a shameful act like tearing the Indian tricolor.
