Chris Gayle is third in terms of completing the fastest 1500 runs in the IPL. He did this feat in 37 innings. While Michael Hussey is fourth with 40 innings, Sachin and Rituraj Gaikwad are at 5th position with 44 innings.
According to the news of Times Now, Sudarshan has become the fastest player to complete the fastest 2000 runs in T20 cricket. He has broken Sachin’s record. Sachin did this feat in 59 innings. While Sudarshan has touched the 2000 runs in 54 innings itself.
Sudarshan has also set a unique record during this innings. Sudarshan is the first player in the world. Who have completed 2000 runs in T20 cricket without being dismissed. Sudarshan has not been dismissed even once in 54 T20 innings without scoring runs.
Sudarshan, playing a brilliant innings, shared an 87 -run wicket with captain Shubman Gill for 87 runs. Due to which Gujarat gave Hyderabad a target of 225 runs while batting first. Gujarat defeated Hyderabad by 38 runs. The Gujarat points are currently second on the table.
