
Sanju samson fitness update: Very good news has come out for Rajasthan Royals between IPL 2025. RR team’s regular captain Sanju Samson has got a clean chit to do wicketkeeping. Till now Samson was not able to do wicketkeeping in IPL matches due to a finger injury. Because of this, he was coming as an impact player and batting. But now the Bangalore -based Center of Excellence has declared Samson completely fit.

According to a report published in the Times of India, a BCCI source has said that Sanju Samson’s fitness report has come positive and he has also got a clean chit for wicketkeeping. This means that Samson will be seen playing for Rajasthan as captain in the match against Punjab Kings on 5 April. Let us tell you that in three matches, Ryan Parag was seen captaining the Rajasthan team.
Earlier, Sanju Samson was allowed to play only as a batsman in IPL 2025. He could neither field nor wicketkeeping due to a finger injury. After the match against Chennai Super Kings, he went to Bengaluru in the hope that after conducting a fitness test, he would get permission to play as a wicketkeeper and captain in the next matches of IPL 2025.
Sanju Samson yet in IPL 2025
Sanju Samson has so far batting as an impact player for Rajasthan Royals. So far, he has scored 99 runs in 3 matches played in the season. He scored 66 runs in a clash against SRH, while 13 runs in the match against KKR were dismissed. At the same time, he scored 20 runs in the match against Chennai Super Kings. Rajasthan has been able to register only one win in 3 matches played in the season so far.
