The children injured when the bus overturned in Desuri drain were taken to RK Hospital where Collector Bal Mukund Asawa and SP Manish Tripathi talked to the injured children.
In Rajsamand today, a school bus overturned in the drain of Desuri in Charbhuja police station circle, in which 3 children died on the spot, while more than 20 children including the school principal were injured in this accident. There were a total of 68 people in the bus, including 62 children and 6 school staff.

People who reached the spot after the accident rescued the injured and took them out of the bus. After which some children were taken to Desuri hospital while 17 children and the principal were taken to RK Hospital where when the condition of one child became critical, the child was referred to Udaipur. In this accident, Lalita Nat of eighth class and Aarti Nat and Preeti Kanwar of sixth class died on the spot.
After the incident, Rajsamand Collector Balmukund Asawa and Superintendent of Police Manish Tripathi reached the incident site and hospital and inquired about the situation. The same Collector said that the family of the deceased will be provided financial assistance as per rules.

Here, Kanhaiya Lal Gurjar (12), son of Ladulal Gurjar, resident of Kishan Pura, was referred to Udaipur with the help of 108 when his health deteriorated. 108 pilot Jitesh Mewada told that the child’s hand was badly injured.
