According to Documents, The Apartment Measured 88 Sqft, with a Stamp duty of Rs 36.66 lakh and a registration charge of Rs 30,000.
This was the same Apartment Gifted to Shakti Kapoor by his Daughter, Shraddha Kapoor. She initialy Owned 50 Percent, While His Wife, Shivangi KapoorOwned the other 50 percent. Unlike Shraddha, Shivangi Had Sold Her Share to Shakti. He had rented out the Apartment before Eventually seling it.
