Sheldon Jackson Retirement: Indian cricket Sheldon Jackson has announced his retirement. He will no longer be seen in ODI or T20 format. Sheldon plays for Saurashtra in domestic cricket and has shown excellence on many occasions. According to reports, Saurashtra Cricket Association has confirmed the retirement of Sheldon Jackson. The association has also issued a statement. Sheldon Jackson has played for Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League.
According to a news from Sportstar, Sheldon Jackson has announced his retirement. Saurashtra Cricket Association President Jaydev Shah has reacted to this. He said, “Hard work and dedication made Sheldon a strong player.” His dedication towards every format is commendable. He has said goodbye to white ball cricket. But Sheldon’s records will inspire young players.

Jackson has played 86 matches in List A. He has scored 2792 runs during this period. Sheldon has scored 9 centuries and 14 half-centuries in this format. His best score has been 150 not out. He has scored 1812 runs in 84 T20 matches. During this period he has scored 1 century and 11 half-centuries. Sheldon’s best score of 106 not out in T20 has been. He has played 103 matches in first class. During this period he has scored 21 centuries and 39 half-centuries.

Sheldon Jackson has been a part of RCB and KKR in IPL. But only KKR gave him the opportunity to play. He could play only in two seasons. Jackson made his IPL debut in 2017. He played 4 matches in this season. After this, got a chance to play in 2022. He played only 5 matches in this season also. In this way Jackson played a total of 9 IPL matches. The total score in this was 61 runs.
