Sourav Ganguly Daughter Sana Car Bus Accident: Sana Ganguly, daughter of former Indian cricket team captain Sourav Ganguly, narrowly escaped a road accident in Kolkata on Friday evening. According to India Today report, his car was hit from behind by a bus on Kolkata-Raichak Road in Behala Chowrasta area. This accident happened at around 6.30 pm on Thakurpukur Lane of Diamond Harbor Road. Sana’s car suffered minor damage, and she is completely safe. Sana was inside the car at the time of the accident and her driver showed wisdom and chased the running bus. The bus was stopped near Sakhar Bazaar.
Sana Ganguly showed alertness and immediately informed the police. Police reached the spot and took the bus driver into custody. However, no formal complaint has been lodged by the Ganguly family in this matter.
Who is Sana Ganguly?
Sana Ganguly is the only daughter of Sourav Ganguly and Donna Ganguly. He completed his schooling from Loreto House, Kolkata and obtained a degree in Economics from University College London.
Currently, Sana is working as a consultant in London-based consulting firm Innoverve. Prior to this, she has worked full-time in social entrepreneurship organizations like Enactus and also gained internship experience at leading companies like PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte.
Sana Ganguly is also active on social issues. In August 2023, he along with his parents moved to R.G., Kolkata. Took part in the candle march against the rape and murder of a doctor in Kar Medical College. During that time he had said, “We want justice. All this should stop. It is very sad to hear new cases of rape every day.”
