

Srh vs gt: The 19th match of IPL 2025 was being played between Gujarat Titans and Sunrisers Hyderabad on Sunday, April 6. In this match, Gujarat Titans, captained by Shubman Gill, won the toss and decided to bowl first.
The match between SRH and Gujarat is being played at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Hyderabad. In the match, Gujarat Titans fast bowler Mohammad Siraj Sunrisers landed on the field for the openers of Hyderabad. During this, Siraj also completed his 100 wickets in the IPL.
Siraj hunted Travis Head in the first over
Gujarat Titans captain Shubman Gill handed the ball into the hands of Mohammad Siraj to start the innings. In front of Siraj was Abhishek Sharma who took a single run on the first ball. Then Travis Head came on strike. Travis Head hit two fours in this over against Siraj but on the last ball of the over, Siraj trapped him in his trap. Travis Head tried to play a shot over the mid -wicket but Sai Sudarshan caught a tremendous catch there and Siraj got his first success in this match.
Abhishek was out in Powerplay’s last overk
Then Siraj came to for the last over of Powerplay i.e. fifth over. Siraj hunted in this over. Siraj’s fear was clearly visible on Abhishek. He first left Siraj’s two balls dot, then on the fourth ball of the over, Siraj got Abhishek caught by Rahul Tewatia. While Travis Head was dismissed by 8 runs, Abhishek Sharma was dismissed for 18 runs.
Along with dismissing Head and Abhishek, Mohammad Siraj completed his 100 wickets in the IPL. He did this feat in 97 matches. Earlier, Siraj used to play for RCB for seven years, but this time when RCB did not bid for Siraj in the auction, Gujarat added this bowler to 12.25 crores. Talking about the match, Gujarat Titans won the toss and decided to bowl first. While batting first, Sunrisers Hyderabad have scored 68 runs at the loss of three wickets till the news was written.
