Today is the last day to bid for the Initial Public Offer (IPO) of Stallion India Fluorochemicals Limited. This IPO was subscribed a total of 32.23 times in the last 2 trading days. In the retail category, this issue was subscribed the maximum 31.22 times. Along with this, it was subscribed 0.31 times in Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) category and 77.16 times in Non-Institutional Investors (NII) category.
The IPO of Stallion India Fluorochemicals was opened yesterday i.e. on 16 January. The company’s shares will be listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) on January 23.
Company wants to raise ₹199.45 crore through IPO
The company wants to raise a total of ₹ 199.45 crore through this IPO. For this, the company will issue 1,78,58,740 fresh shares worth ₹160.73 crore. Along with this, the existing investors of the company are selling 43,02,656 shares worth ₹ 38.72 crore through Offer for Sale i.e. OFS.

What is the minimum and maximum amount that can be invested?
Stallion India Fluorochemicals has set the IPO price band at ₹85-₹90. Retail investors can bid for a minimum of one lot i.e. 165 shares. If you apply for 1 lot at the upper price band of IPO at ₹ 90, then you will have to invest ₹ 14,850.
At the same time, retail investors can apply for maximum 13 lots i.e. 2145 shares. For this, investors will have to invest ₹ 1,93,050 as per the upper price band.
35% of the issue reserved for retail investors
The company has reserved 50% of the IPO for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB). Apart from this, 35% share is reserved for retail investors and the remaining 15% share is reserved for non-institutional investors (NII).
