The listing ceremony of Stallion India Fluorochemicals Limited took place on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Shares of Stallion India Fluorochemicals Ltd were listed today at ₹120, up 33.33% from the issue price on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The issue price of Stallion India Fluorochemicals’ IPO was ₹90.
This IPO was open for bidding from January 16 to January 20, which was subscribed a total of 188.32 times. The IPO was subscribed 96.81 times in the retail category, 172.93 times in the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) category and 422.35 times in the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) category.
Stallion India Fluorochemicals’ IPO was worth ₹199.45 crore.
This issue total of Stallion India Fluorochemicals was ₹ 199.45 crore. For this, the company issued 1,78,58,740 fresh shares worth ₹ 160.73 crore. Investors of the company sold 43,02,656 shares worth ₹38.72 crore through Offer for Sale i.e. OFS.
Retail investors could bid for maximum 2145 shares Stallion India Fluorochemicals had fixed the IPO price band at ₹85-₹90. Retail investors could bid for a minimum of one lot i.e. 165 shares. If you had applied for 1 lot at the upper price band of IPO at ₹ 90, you would have had to invest ₹ 14,850.
At the same time, retail investors could apply for a maximum of 13 lots i.e. 2145 shares. For this, investors would have to invest ₹ 1,93,050 as per the upper price band.
35% of the issue was reserved for retail investors
The company had reserved 50% of the IPO for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB). Apart from this, 35% share was reserved for retail investors and the remaining 15% share was reserved for non-institutional investors (NII).

Stallion India Fluorochemicals Limited, established in 2002, is in the business of selling refrigerants and industrial gases products. It also works in industries like air conditioner, semiconductor manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, pharma and medical, glass bottle making, aerosol and spray foam.
