The Sensex is trading at the level of 76,030, with a rise of 30 points on February 18 today i.e. on February 18. The Nifty also has a gain of 10 points, it is trading at the level of 22,960.
The Sensex has a rise in 16 of 30 shares and a decline in 14. Of the 50 shares of the Nifty, 15 are rose and 35 declines. The IT sector of the NSE Sectoral Index is the highest up by 0.63%.
Domestic investors bought shares worth ₹ 4,759.77 crore
- Korea, Korea, has a rise of 0.49% in the Asian market. Hong Kong’s Hangseng has a rise of 1.85% and China’s Shanghai Composite Index is 0.29%.
- On February 17, Foreign Investors (FIIs) sold shares worth Rs 3,937.83 crore. During this period, domestic investors (DIIs) bought shares worth Rs 4,759.77 crore.
The market was closed quickly yesterday
Earlier, on yesterday i.e. February 17, the Sensex had recovered from 75,294 to 702 points. It closed at 75,996 with a gain of 57 points.
The Nifty also saw a lower level of recovery of 22,725 to 234 points, with a 30 -point rose to close at 22,959 levels.
Of the 30 shares of the Sensex, 20 were rose and 10 declined. Out of 50 shares of Nifty, 34 were rose and 16 declined. The healthcare sector of the NSE Sectoral Index was the highest up by 1.31%.
