The Sensex is trading at 81,600 points up 250 points on the last trading day of the week today i.e. on Friday, 20 May. The Nifty also has a rise of more than 50 points, it is at the level of 24,870.
Of the 30 shares of the Sensex, 27 is rose and 3 declines. Bajaj Finserv, Nestle India and SBI have a growth of 1%. There is a slight decline in shares of Bajaj Finance, IndusInd Bank and Tech Mahindra.
41 out of 50 Nifty shares are up and a decline in 9. NSE’s banking and realty stocks have a growth of 1%. The media is the only sector with a decline of 0.7%.
Mixed business for Asian markets
- In Asian markets, Japan’s Nikkei is trading at the level of 38,450 down about 50 points. Korea, Korea, has a gain of about 30 points, at a level of 3,000.
- Hong Kong’s Hangseng index is trading at a level of 220 points (0.94%) at 23,455 and China’s Shanghai Composite is trading at 3,363.
- Yesterday i.e. on June 19, the US Stock Market (Dow Jones, Nasdaq Composite, and S&P 500) remained closed on the occasion of Junithinth. It is celebrated in memory of the end of slavery (19 June 1865) in Texas.
- On June 18, the US Dow Jones fell 0.10% to close at 42,172. At the same time, Nasdaq Composite closed at 19,546 up 0.13% and S&P 500 closed down at 5,981.
Domestic investors bought shares worth 606 crores on June 19
- On June 19, Foreign Investors (Fiis) purchased a net of Rs 934.62 crore in the cash segment and a net of Rs 605.97 crore by domestic investors (DIIs).
- So far, foreign investors have sold ₹ 4,043.49 crore in the cash segment. While domestic investors have a net purchase of ₹ 59,836.18 crore.
- Net purchases of foreign investors in May stood at Rs 11,773.25 crore. At the same time, domestic investors also purchased a net of ₹ 67,642.34 crore in a month.
Today’s last day of investment in IPO of Erisinfra Solutions
The IPO of Erisinfra Solutions Limited is open on 18 June. Investors will be able to do bidding till 20 June for this issue. On 25 June, the company shares will be listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
Through this issue, the company wants to raise the total ₹ 499.60 crore. The company will release 2.25 crore fresh shares in the issue. In this issue, the current investor or promoter of the company will not sell a single stock through offer for sale.

There was a decline in the market yesterday
The Sensex fell 83 points to close at 81,362 on Thursday, May 19, the fourth trading day of the week. The Nifty also declined by 19 points, it came to the level of 24,793.
Out of 30 Sensex’s 30 shares, 22 declined and 8 declined. A total of 10 shares, including Adani Ports, Bajaj Finance and Tech Mahindra, fell to 2.50%. The shares of M&M, Titan and Maruti rose by 1.6%.
33 out of 50 shares of Nifty declined and 17 rose. NSE’s PSU banking sector came down to the most 2.04%. In addition, the media declined 1.91%, realty 1.60%, metal 1.29% and IT 0.94%. The auto sector alone climbed 0.52%.
