Sunita williams return: American Space Agency NASA’s Astronaut and India’s daughter Sunita Williams finally returned to the earth after being stuck for 9 months in space. Along with Sunita Williams, NASA’s second Astronaut Buch Wilmore also landed safely on Earth. Both Astronauts landed on the foothills of Florida at 3:30 am on Wednesday (March 19), according to Indian time.
Sunita Williams and Buch Wilmore were stranded at the International Space Station for the last 9 months, but the joint attempt of NASA and SpaceX finally brought color and both astronauts returned to the earth. 17 hours after leaving for the earth from the International Space Station, Alan Musk’s company SpaceX’s capsule landed on the foothills of Florida. After about an hour, Astronaut Sunita Williams and Buch Wilmore came out of the capsule and were seen shaking hands in front of the camera and smiling.

- Astronaut Sunita Williams and Buch Wilmore left for the International Space Station (ISS) riding in the new Starlineer crew capsule of 2024, 2024, 2024. Where his mission was only one week, but due to technical fault in spacecraft, both of them got stuck in ISS for 9 months.
- After the technical fault in Boeing’s Starlineer Crew Capsule, there was speculation that now Sunita Williams and Buch Wilmore will never be able to return to Earth. However, after 9 months of strand of space in space, he finally returned to a safe return on 19 March (Wednesday).
- NASA and SpaceX launched a crew-10 mission on Thursday (March 13) last week to bring Sunita Williams and Buch Wilmore back to Earth from ISS. Spacex’s Dragon Spacecraft Falcon-9 rocket was launched local time from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida on Friday.
- NASA-SpasX’s Crew-10 mission replaced the Crew-9 mission on ISS. NASA and SpaceX launched the crew-10 mission via Falcon-9 rocket, in which 4 new astronauts went to spacecraft.
- After being stuck in ISS for 9 months, astronauts were landed on the foothills of Florida through SpaceX’s dragon spacecraft. SpaceX’s recovery team reached the capsule’s landing spot as soon as the capsule landed.
- SpaceX’s recovery team took Astronaut Sunita Williams and Buch Wilmore out of the spacecraft through a recovery vehicle. During this time, both Astronauts were shaking hands looking at the camera smiling.
- After leaving the spacecraft, both astronauts were taken for health checkups. NASA said that all astronauts including Sunita Williams are completely safe. Sunita was in the gravity of space for a long time. This would have weakened their body’s muscles and bones. Therefore, it will take some time for their body to mold according to the gravity of the earth.
- The team of doctors will conduct complete health check -up including blood pressure, heart rate, eyesight of astronauts. Apart from this, their mentor health will also be checked and till then they will not be allowed to meet anyone.
- Sunita Williams’ safe home return is being celebrated in America as well as in India. Union Minister of Science and Technology Dr. Jitendra Singh described it as pride, pride and relief for India and the whole world. Prayers were performed in 21 temples in America for Sunita’s safe return and prayers were performed in the church for Wilmore.
