Sunita williams returns: Indian -origin astronaut Sunita Williams and his colleague Buch Wilmore have returned safely to Earth after distributing nine months into space. He was accompanied by Nick Hague of NASA and Alexander Gorbunov of Rosscosmos. These four astronauts were members of the NASA/SpaceX Crew-9 mission, who were successfully landed near the Florida coast through the SpaceX Dragon vehicle.
The SpaceX Dragon vehicle launched the astronauts on the Florida coast at 3:27 am on Wednesday (March 19). Interestingly, the flock of dolphins was seen floating around the capsule at a time when the recovery team was taking out the vehicle. Recovery Vastal took the capsule out of the water and its side hatch was first opened after September. After this, the passengers were taken out and sent to Houston immediately, where they will go through 45 days of care and rehabilitation process.
SpaceX Crew-9 safe return
The SpaceX Crew-9 team has successfully returned from the international space station. Indian -origin astronaut Sunita Williams and her partner were ignored with a spacecraft at 10:35 pm (IST), which was shared by NASA. SpaceX was given the responsibility of bringing crew-9 to safe earth in this mission. SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket was sent to the crew-10 team which reached the space station and replaced Crew-9.

Mission increased due to technical fault
Sunita Williams and Buch Wilmore flew from Boeing Starlineer on 5 June 2024 to the international space station. This mission was to be only 8 days, but due to the problem of propulsion in the vehicle, it was not possible. In September, the vehicle returned without any crew, which caused both astronauts to get stuck in space. After this, NASA changed his return plan and was included in the SpaceX Crew-9 mission.
