India Vs Switzerland: AIMIM leader Waris Pathan has expressed a strong reaction to Switzerland’s decision to ban burqa and hijab for women from the new year. On this he said that the constitution prepared by Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar is not applicable in Switzerland, but in India we are proud of our constitution which gives us freedom to dress.
Waris Pathan made it clear that every citizen in India has the right to wear clothes as per their wish. He said, “There is ‘Freedom of Choice’ in our country where every person has the freedom to choose the attire of his choice. What happens in Switzerland does not matter to us. There is a constitution in our country and we should follow it. ” He also said that Switzerland’s issue is not important for India.
