Judge commented
Government lawyer Rupendra Parihar said that the judge while commenting said that the relationship between student and teacher is very sensitive. Teacher who is a Guru, who is given a status above God. Parents send their children to school with great confidence. So that their child can learn good values from his teacher, the accused has tarnished the sacred relationship of such teacher-disciple.
The trust of the parents has been broken, if a lenient approach is adopted, it will send a wrong message and the families will start hesitating to send their daughters to the temple of education. It does not seem appropriate for justice to adopt a lenient stance against such a crime. In the end, he should be punished with severe punishment.
