Australian PM Invite Team India: The last and fifth Test of the India and Australia series will be played in Sydney from January 3. Before this last clash, the Indian team met Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese. The Prime Minister welcomed Team India at Kirribilli House in Sydney on Wednesday. BCCI has also shared a video in this regard, in which Indian and Australian players were seen talking to each other.
The Australian PM also praised Jasprit Bumrah, who has taken 30 wickets so far in the current series. PM Albanese jokingly said, “We should pass a law here that Bumrah will bowl with his left hand or while running on one leg.” Let us tell you that the PM had talked to the teams of India and Australia for about 90 minutes. Meanwhile, Sam Constas once again came into the limelight. Constance considers Kohli as his idol and even took a picture with him. Whereas in the Melbourne Test, there was a dispute when these two cricketers clashed with each other. For that incident, former India captain Kohli was fined 20 percent of his match fee and also received one demerit point.
In the video shared by BCCI, Indian head coach Gautam Gambhir said, “Australia is a very beautiful country, but it is very difficult to play cricket here. Touring here will be a very difficult task for any country and the crowd here is full of energy.” It’s been great. There’s still one more test match to go and I want to thank everyone and wish everyone a very happy new year.”
