Asaduddin Owaisi on Nishikant Dubey Statement: Political mercury has become high on BJP MP Nishikant Dubey’s statement about the Supreme Court. Even if the BJP has opted out of the statement and described it as their personal statement. Even then all the opposition parties are attackers. Meanwhile, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi provoked that the BJP is threatening the court for religious war. The country will never forgive them.
BJP MP Nishikant Dubey has created a ruckus over the statement in which he blamed the Supreme Court for the religious war. It also said that the Supreme Court is going out of its boundaries. BJP has distanced distance from his statement.
Meanwhile, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi has surrounded the BJP over Nishikant Dubey’s statement. He rained and said that you people (BJP) are tubelight. In this way the court is threatening. Do you know what is Article 142 (of the Constitution)? It was made by BR Ambedkar.
‘Are in power and became so radical…’
He said that the BJP is cheating and threatening religious war. You guys are in power and you have become so radical that you are threatening the court of religious war. Modi ji, if you do not stop these threatening people, then the country will become weak. The country will not forgive you. Today you have power and tomorrow you will not be in power.
Owaisi also said that the Hindus of India have also come to know that if I make a law of Waqf, will I get a job. The Hindu has come to know that by showing the hatred of Muslims, the BJP was seen to be scared by intimidating the Muslims … there is nothing to show. Today there is unemployment among 5 percent of the youth in the country. There is no plan to remove their unemployment.
… Then stop the Parliament- Nishikant Dubey
BJP MP Nishikant Dubey had said, “The Supreme Court is responsible for inciting religious war in the country. The Supreme Court is going out of its border. If everything is to go to the Supreme Court for everything, then there is no point in Parliament and the assembly, it should be closed. The Supreme Court has the same objective: ‘Show me face, I will show you the law.” He said, “How can you instruct the Opporting Authority? The President appoints the Chief Justice of India. Parliament makes this country law. How do you enact a new law? In which law it is written that the President has to decide within three months? It means that you want to take this country to anarchy. When Parliament is sitting, it will be a detailed discussion.”
BJP does not agree with these statements- JP Nadda
Amidst the uproar over the statement of MPs, BJP President JP Nadda said that this is his personal statement. BJP neither coincidences nor supports such statements with such statements. The BJP dismisses these statements outright. He also said that the Bharatiya Janata Party has always honored the judiciary. Nadda instructed all leaders including Nishikant Dubey, Dinesh Sharma to avoid such statements.
