Us Departs Indians: The US has submitted Indian citizens for the third time, out of which 116 people reached Amritsar Airport on Sunday (16 February). These citizens were tied to handcuffs and shackles in their hands and sent to India. Mandeep Singh who is 25 years old and hails from Surkha village in Bholath area of Kapurthala district. He shared his experience with English newspaper Indian Express. He told that during this process he was given very little food and water. Even while going to the washroom, he had to go with handcuffs and fetters.
Mandeep further explained that the US administration kept these citizens under many derogatory circumstances. There was no opportunity to bathe for 15 days nor was it allowed to brush. This kind of behavior caused a lot of mental pain to Indian citizens and they will not forget this experience throughout their life.
Dream of going to America Chur
This journey was very struggling for Indian citizens who were dreaming of living in America. He came under the guise of the agent and reached America from Dunki route where he was illegally entered. He spent lakhs of rupees in this journey, but in the end he was submitted. These citizens had set up their entire life savings in this journey, but now their dream is completely broken.
Mandeep Singh’s dream of going to America broken
Mandeep Singh spent 40 to 45 lakh rupees to go to America. His dream was that he would live better in America, but he was illegally sent to America and finally deported. Mandeep says that he is very disappointed because he spent his entire savings in this journey, but did not get any benefit.
Mandeep said that he started the yatra on December 18 and the agent had asked for 40 days, but the journey was drawn for four to five months. After reaching America, he was caught by the border police and put in the detention center and finally he was submitted due to the new US administration. Like Mandeep, many other people also became part of this hard journey, but they got the results of their expectations.
The family spent heavy spending for the son’s future
Mandeep’s family had spent heavy for his son’s better future, but in the end this journey turned into sorrow and despair. His dream was that his son would start a new life in America, but now he has returned to his home. Now his family is only facing this loss and all his hopes have been broken in this difficult time.
