Defending champion Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) bowling coach Bharat Arun said that his team is not worried more than the defeat in its first match in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and the team is expected to return to the match against Rajasthan Royals here on Wednesday.

KKR was defeated by Royal Challengers Bangalore by seven wickets in the first match of the session, while the next day Sunrisers Hyderabad defeated Rajasthan Royals by 44 runs.

Arun said on the eve of Tuesday on the eve, “As a team we are not very worried about it (first matches). Winning the first match is always good, it gives you a rhythm. But a lot of positive things came out from this match, he got to learn some lessons from him. ‘

Arun is not even worried that Andre Russell and Rinku Singh, who played big shots, could not contribute much to the innings of KKR, so that the team could score 174 runs for eight wickets. RCB achieved this target with 22 balls remaining.

Arun said, “There is a failure in the game. You are successful as often as you fail. Russell is the champion player and I think he must have been failing in the last match and he is ready to prove himself in every match. We are also expecting that they will perform well in tomorrow’s match. ”

He said, “Rinku has batted brilliantly in matches before the tournament. We are not much worried about their form. ”
