Advisory has been issued once again regarding heavy rains in the country.
In Saudi Arabia, pilgrims keep coming and going throughout the year. Meanwhile, there is a possibility of flooding once again in Mecca, the most sacred city of Islam. Earlier on January 8, there was heavy rains in Mecca to Jeddah, Al-Baha and Asir province. Due to this, the roads were flooded all around. In which the vehicles were drowned. At the same time, an alert has been issued again regarding heavy rains.
Most of the country’s possibility of heavy rains in the country
The Meteorological Department of Saudi Arabia has predicted heavy rains in most of the country till the coming Monday (January 27). There is a possibility of hailstorm and strong winds from Mecca to Al-Lith, Al-Kunfudah and Riyadh.
The Saudi National Meteorological Center (NCM) has also predicted rains on Thursday (January 23) in Jajan, Asir and Al-Baha of South-Western Saudi Arabia. At the same time, fog is expected in some parts of the eastern province and heavy rains in the northern part. Apart from this, there is also a possibility of heavy rains in Al Joff, Medina and parts of Al-Kasim.
Civil defense officials have issued an alert regarding the safety of the people amid the possibilities of heavy rains. Civil defense officials have appealed to the people to take vigilance and precautions. The Saudi Civil Civil Security Circle has asked the public to take precautions and stay in safe places and stay away from the valleys and other affected places.
