According to his LinkedIn Profile, in April 2022, he was appointed as the Region Head of Tech Mahindra. Gupta’s family says that he is innocent and has been incorrectly implicated. Since the arrest of Gupta in this case, his family and Tech Mahindra have claimed that the allegations against Gupta are false and they are being implicated.
