The social media platform x of the world’s richest businessman Ellon Musk went down worldwide at around 3 pm. Posts were not being loaded on both the app and the website. However, after about half an hour this problem was cured.
More than 2000 people reported the problem of the X being down on the website down detector. Dowdatector.in is a platform to track problems in real time of websites and online services.
Two outage of X reported in the past
- On 26 April 2024, X went down from around 1.15 pm. On the down detector, 145 people reported a problem in using X. Users were facing difficulty in its use on both web and app.
- On 21 December 2023, the service of X was also down. Users from all over the world, including India, were having problems in accessing X from around 11 am on Thursday morning. Users saw a message instead of the post, which wrote ‘Welcome to X’.
Ilon Musk bought in 2022 x
On 27 October 2022, Illon Musk bought Twitter (now X). The deal was done for $ 44 billion. According to today, this amount is around 3.84 lakh crore rupees.
Musk first took out the company’s four top officials CEO Parag Aggarwal, Finance Chief Ned Segal, Legal Executive Vijaya Gadde and Scene Edgate.
On 5 June 2023, Linda Yacarino joined the X CEO. Earlier, she was the chairman of Global Advertising and Partnership at NBC Universal.
