India vs Australia 4th Test: India scored 164 runs with the loss of 5 wickets on the second day of the Melbourne Test against Australia. During this, Yashasvi Jaiswal played a strong innings in the first innings of Team India. He scored 82 runs facing 118 balls. Yashasvi missed scoring a century. But he broke a special record. Yashasvi has broken a record of the God of Cricket Sachin Tendulkar.
The fourth match of the Test series between India and Australia is being played in Melbourne. Australia scored 474 runs in the first innings. In response, India scored 164 runs after losing 5 wickets in the first innings. Captain Rohit Sharma was out after scoring just 3 runs. But Yashasvi returned to the pavilion after a long innings. He hit 11 fours and 1 six. Scored 82 runs during this period. Yashasvi was run out. Virat Kohli contributed 36 runs. While KL Rahul returned to the pavilion after scoring 24 runs.
Yashasvi broke the record of Sachin-Vishwanath –
Yashasvi Jaiswal did wonders. He left Sachin Tendulkar behind in terms of scoring the most runs in a calendar year for India. Along with this, Vishwanam was also left behind. Vishwanath had scored 1388 runs in 1979. Sachin had scored 1392 runs in 2002. Yashasvi scored 1394 runs in 2024. He has now left Sachin behind. Virender Sehwag is on top in this list. Sehwag had scored 1562 runs in 2010.

During this period he has scored 1 century and 5 half-centuries. He has scored 723 runs.
