Zaheer khan: Former Indian cricketer Zaheer Khan along with his wife Sagarika Ghatge and his brother Shivjit Ghatge bought a 2,600 square -foot luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Lower Parel for Rs 11 crore. Square Yards gave this information.
Real Estate Advisor Square Yards said in a statement, it has reviewed the property registration documents. The transaction was registered in February 2025. According to the statement, the property is located in Indiabulls Sky, which has been developed by Equinox India Development Limited. The carpet area of the apartment is 2,158 square feet and the constructed area is 2,590 square feet. It has three car parking sites.
The deal includes stamp duty payments of Rs 66 lakh and registration fee of Rs 30,000. According to the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Indiabulls Sky is a ‘Ready-to-Move-in’ residential project spread over three acres. The average price of resale property in this project is currently Rs 49,096 per sq ft.
