
Bcci Arrange Special Train Players Evacuate from Dharamsala: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has also come under pressure after the Punjab Kings vs Delhi Capitals match was canceled on Thursday. After the increasing tension between India and Pakistan, the contest was declared canceled after the Dharamsala Stadium Blackout at Dharamshala Maidan and the ground was also evacuated as soon as possible. Now BCCI Vice President Rajiv Shukla has issued a big statement that the board is arranging a special train to bring the players out of Dharamshala.
The BCCI Vice President said, “We are arranging a special train to bring back all the players safely. For now the Punjab Kings vs Delhi Capitals match has been declared canceled and the stadium has been evacuated. In view of tomorrow’s conditions, IPL 2025 will be decided on the future of the tournament. At present, the security of all the players is the first to be the decision.”
In this match played in Dharamshala, Punjab Kings won the toss and chose the first batting. Remind that the toss was delayed in this match affected by rain. When the Punjab team came to bat, Priyansh Arya and Prabhasimran Singh started a stormy start. Together, both of them had taken the team’s score to 122 runs in 10 overs. Priyansh scored 70 runs in 34 balls.
After the 10.1 over game, there was a blackout in Dharamshala ground. Shreyas Iyer returned to the dugout with Prabhasimran without playing any ball. There was darkness in the ground after the floodlight was closed. After this, keeping the security system in mind, the ground was soon evacuated.
