Jaswantpur police station officer Pratap Singh said – The complainant, Krishnadevi (25), daughter of Darjaram Bhil, resident of Rajpura Gram Panchayat of Shivgarh Hall Jaswantpur tehsil, appeared before the Bhinmal Judicial Magistrate and presented the complaint and informed that the lease was issued in the name of Bhairaram son of Nimbaram, resident of Dantlawas. -Millie.
When we inquired about it, we got information that Bhairaram and an unknown person in the name of Rajpura Panchayat had prepared fake documents by cheating the Gram Panchayat to grab the populated land. He filed Booth No. 42, Misal No. 45 and Patta Serial No. 149, which was filed on 3 February and prepared on 5 July.
Information about this lease is not available in the Panchayat register. The police registered the case on 28 October 2023 and started investigation.
After a year, on Monday, the accused Joga Ram son of Ajaram Dewasi, resident of Savidhar and Bhairaram son of Nimbaram Dewasi, resident of Dantlawas, were arrested. And inquiries are being made regarding the matter. Police said that the accused Jogaram had already gone to jail in a fake registry case. Police is collecting information about other accused involved in the case.
Sarpanch’s report, police did not register the case
