Quoting the Times of India, Praveen Kumar said, “I am confident that the Indian team will definitely win the title under the captaincy of Rohit. They are going to add another ICC Trophy to their name. I will just speak so much, Virat and Rohit go to give another ICC trophy while going.”
India’s journey to the semi -finals
India had recorded the first win in the Champions Trophy 2025 by defeating Bangladesh by 6 wickets. After that, on February 23, India-Pakistan was Mahamukabala, in which Team India won by 6 wickets thanks to Virat’s brilliant century. After registering 2 consecutive wins, India has confirmed a place in the semi -finals, but now it is to face New Zealand to become a table topper.

Praveen Kumar also spoke on Virat Kohli. He said, “Virat is playing well, he is a player of a big match. Questions were arising that he will be out on the off-stump balls again. Is it still a problem for him? It’s not because a player like him would not have much matches to comeback. He would have just a good innings.”
