Washington Sundar IND vs AUS: The last match of the Test series between India and Australia is being played in Sydney. Team India scored 185 runs in the first innings. During this, Washington Sundar was out after scoring 14 runs. Pat Cummins showed him the way to the pavilion. Controversy has arisen on Sundar’s wicket. Even former England cricketer Michael Vaughan did not seem happy with this. The question is still being raised whether Sundar was out or not.
Actually, during the Indian innings, Cummins brought the 66th over for Australia. Sundar wanted to play a pull shot on the last ball of this over. But the ball passed close to his bat. Seeing this, the Australian team appealed loudly. But the ground umpire clearly refused. After this the Australian team took review. The third umpire declared out after looking at the snickometer. But Team India did not seem happy with this.
Why was there an uproar on Sundar’s wicket?
Actually, after looking at the snickometer, the third umpire gave the decision of out. But if we look at it, it was a very close matter. Along with the fans, Michael Vaughan also expressed surprise when Sundar was out. But the players are not left with any option due to the decision of the third umpire. Sundar’s case was very close.
There was an uproar because of Constus –
Team India was all out on the score of 185 runs. After this the Australian team came out to bat in the first innings. He lost the wicket on the score of 9 runs. Jasprit Bumrah dismissed Usman Khawaja. Just before Bumrah took his wicket, Constance clashed with him. Seeing this the umpire came and handled the matter.
