India tour of england 2025 women squad: BCCI has announced Team India for the tour of England. The Indian women’s cricket team has to visit England in the month of June-July, where 5 T20 and 3 ODIs will be played between the two teams. In both the series, Harmanpreet Kaur will captain Team India, while Smriti Mandhana has been elected the vice -captain of the team for both the series.
The selectors have taken a very shocking decision as the stormy opener Shefali Verma has been given a place in the T20 team only. Please tell that Verma has not played any ODI match after October 2024. At the same time, Richa Ghosh, Yastika Bhatia and Harleen Deol have been given a place in both teams.
22 -year -old Kashvi Gautam, who plays for Gujarat giant in WPL, has been dropped from the team. In his place, fast bowler Sayali Satghre has returned to the ODI team. Satghare will be getting the support of Shri Charani and Kranti Gaur in the Pace Attack Department.
