
Bcci appeal to Indian railways: Indian Railways has made special arrangements for IPL players, crew members, commentator and support staff. The government started the Vande Bharat train on the appeal of the Board of Control for Cricket in India. All the IPL people from Una to New Delhi have been brought safely through Vande Bharat train. The BCCI has thanked the Indian Railways for this.
Indian Railways run Vande Bharat train
The match between Delhi Capitals and Punjab Kings on Thursday, 8 May was canceled due to tension between India and Pakistan. Keeping in mind the safety of the players and the safety of the people, the BCCI had stopped the match in the middle and all the people present in the stadium were evacuated safely. After canceling the match, the BCCI called an emergency meeting. Along with this, it was announced that special trains will be run for all players and support staff. At the same time, Indian Railways arranged the Vande Bharat train on the BCCI’s appeal.
IPL postponed for a week
The BCCI has also taken a big decision regarding IPL. The remaining matches of IPL have been postponed for a week. The Cricket Board of India says that the safety of the players is at the top for us. All these matches of IPL are yet to be scheduled. There are still 13 matches left for the league stage of the IPL, including the match between Delhi-Punjab.
No result of Delhi-Punjab match
No result has been given for the match between Delhi-Punjab. No official information has been revealed from the BCCI regarding the results of this match. This match has not been included in the Delhi-Punjab account in the points table on the IPL website. From this, it can be guessed that this match will be played again with the rest of the matches.
