A 20-year-old Indian student has been brutally murdered in Canada. Student Harshandeep Singh was from Punjab. He worked as a security guard in Edmonton city of Canada. Harshandeep’s murder was captured in CCTV, its video is going viral.
The incident took place on December 6 in Edmonton. CCTV footage shows that Harshandeep Singh was shot from behind while trying to escape through the stairs of an apartment. Apart from the person who fired at Harshandeep, a boy and a woman were also present at the spot. When Harshandeep tried to run away, the woman tried to stop him by holding him from behind. Immediately after this the attacker opened fire on Harshandeep.

Information about where Harshandeep is from in Punjab and which course he went to Canada to study is not yet known.
According to media reports, apart from studying in Canada, Harshandeep also worked as a security guard to meet his expenses. Two people named Ivan Rain and Judith Solto have been arrested in the murder case of Harshandeep. The age of both is said to be 30 years.
Three categories of murders in Canada The accused who murdered Harshandeep have been accused of first degree murder. In many countries like Canada, murders are kept in many categories. Cases of premeditated murder or murder of more than one person are categorized as first degree murder. If the charges are proved, the punishment is death penalty or life imprisonment without parole.
Similarly, murders committed during robbery and burglary are considered second-degree murder. In this, the punishment is life imprisonment. Similarly, murders that happen due to carelessness or carelessness are kept in the category of third degree murder.
