- This budget was the first full budget of the third term of our government. The most special thing about this budget was, more delivery than expectations. There are many sectors where the government took more steps than the expectations that experts had made.
- Today every country of the world wants to strengthen its economic partnership with India. Our manufacturing sector should come forward to make maximum benefit of this partnership.
- We carried forward the vision of self -sufficient India and accelerated our speed of reforms. Our efforts reduced the impact of Kovid on the economy, which helped India to make a fast -growing economy.
- Today 14 sectors are getting the benefit of PLI scheme. 7.5 crore units have been approved under this scheme. Due to this, an investment of more than Rs 1.5 lakh crore has come, production of more than Rs 13 lakh crore has been done and more than Rs 5 lakh crore has been exported.
- R&D has an important contribution in India’s manufacturing journey, it needs to be further extended. Through R&D, we can focus on innovative products, as well as a value addition in products.
- We need to devise new ways for loan disbursement, ensuring that MSMEs get low cost and time loan. For the first time, loans of up to Rs 2 crore will be given to 5 lakh women, SC and ST entrepreneurs.
