New Delhi. Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RX has entered the market. This bike is loaded with Dhansu features, but another special thing related to it is that it is a limited edition model. Only 1200 people will get a chance to buy this bike. Because world wide will be available for only 1200 units of cells. This bike has been launched with a strike Yellow paint scheme.
As its name suggests, the RX 2025 speed triple is based on 1200 RS. Speed Triple 1200 has also made modifications in the triangular riding position for the rider. Now it also provides a sports egonomics facility, in which the clip-on rider is set below and away. Apart from this, foot pegs are set more backwards and are at a slightly high position.
Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RX: Breaking Duty
Breaking duty twin, radiary mounted Brembo Stylma Calipers performs. The bike runs on a 17-inch wheels wrapped in Pirelli Supercorsa V3 tire. The RX has the latest Ohlins EC 3.0 cm-active suspension, which has been paired with Ohlins SD EC steering damper.
Engine and power
The RX has the same 1,163cc inline-three liquid-cooled engine, which produces 183hp at 10,750rpm and 128Nm at 8,750rpm, which is added to a 6-speed gearbox. The RX also has a special Akrapovic and Can. Although this exhaust is made of carbon fiber and titanium, it has not reduced weight. On 199 kg (Karb), the speed triple 1200 rx is one of the lightest-class streetfighters.
How much is the price?
With the production of only 1,200 units, RX is priced at GBP 19,000 (about 21.62 lakh rupees), which is GBP 1,500 (Rs 1.70 lakh) more than the Standard Speed Triple 1200 RS model. It remains to be seen whether the units of this special edition in Triumph India sells or not.
