Sridhar Vembu, founder and long-time CEO of software company Zoho, has stepped down from his post. Now he will work as the Chief Scientist of the company. Here they will work on focused research and innovation on Artificial Intelligence and Deep-Tech. Company’s co-founder Shailesh Kumar Dawe will now be the new Chief Executive Officer of the company.

He said, ‘Our co-founder Shailesh Kumar Dawe will serve as the new group CEO. Co-founder Tony Thomas will lead Zoho US. Rajesh Ganesan will lead our managed-engine division and Mani Vembu will lead the Zoho.com division.
Sridhar Vembu honored with Padma Shri
Sridhar Vembu started his career as a Wireless Engineer with Qualcomm in San Diego California. Last year he was the 39th richest person in India. In 2021, he was awarded the Padma Shri, India’s fourth highest civilian award.
